- run 3x
- weight train 2x
- find out about swim lessons
- take 1 new-to-me class
I still want to make it a goal to run 3x per week because I really enjoy a running routine when I have it. Plus I have the Charlottesville Women’s 4-miler at the end of August the I want to PR in and a half marathon in the fall. Both races are still a ways away but it’s never to early to get back into the swing of things. I’ve also wanted to become a stronger swimmer for a long time and I’m determined to make that goal happen this year, so the first step is to find a swim instructor. Finally, the gym where I train has a HUGE schedule of classes and I really need to start taking advantage of them, not only for the exercise but also to learn and practice new things that I can bring into my training.
Here’s to hoping achieving this week’s goals goes better than last week.
