Small group training at ACAC is a great way to get together with friends for fun and challenging training sessions. Small groups have approximately 6 members (plus me) in them all working together and encouraging each other – I also work out with the group! They also have the benefit of being less expensive than one-on-one personal training. I offer 3 drop-in small groups each week — each is strength-based with cardio interspersed, plus a mobility warm-up and cooldown. If you don’t see a small group at a time you like or you want to work out with a group of your friends, please let me know.
**You can attend any group in person at acac Downtown or online via ZOOM. Acac membership is not required.

Strength + Cardio Group:
Monday/Thursday sessions alternate between upper and lower body strength workouts + cardio. Saturday sessions are full body strength sessions + cardio. We’ll be working with free weights, machines, TRX, resistance bands, and more to get a great strength workout.
This group is limited to participants who have some experience with weight training – I will be coaching and participating in the workout and can easily modify the workout for injury or exercise preference, but it will be a better workout for everyone if you already feel comfortable with the basic lifts of squats, lunges, pushups, pulls (pullups/rows), and core work.
Strength + Cardio Group Times: Mondays and Thursdays from 12-1p // Saturdays from 10-11a
