Summer Fitness Challenge

Summer Workout Challenge
My next fitness challenge is here!!! (or at least it starts May 1st)
What is it?
This year I’m hosting a summer workout challenge.  To participate, complete 100 thirty minute workouts or 50 hour long workouts (or some combination) between May 1st and August 31st.  When you complete the challenge, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win one month of unlimited small group training sessions (or the equivalent) with me.
How much is it?
It’s *FREE* to participate in the challenge.  If you need help getting your workouts in, I offer a variety of in-person and online personal training packages.  Also, for this challenge I’ll be launching my 1st e-book featuring 20 brand new resistance band workouts that you can do anywhere for only $30!

How do I sign up?
Use THIS LINK to sign-up and to let me know if you’re interested in any of the add-on options.
Who can participate?
This challenge is open to *everyone* – you don’t need to be an acac member or a client of mine to register or to win so feel free to share with your friends.  The more the merrier and we’ll all have a healthier summer!
How do I track my workouts?
I’d recommend using any tracking software that you may already be using – fitbit, apple watch, garmin, mapmyfitness, etc.  You can also just use pen and paper.  You will need to turn in your workout log to me at the end to be entered into the prize drawing.
What counts as a workout?
If you feel good about calling it a workout, then I’m fine with it.  Not counted as a workout: taking your dog for a stroll or stretch/meditation classes.   Counted as a workout: strength or cardio classes, vinyasa-type yoga classes, pilates, vigorous house cleaning or yard work, walking/hiking/running/cycling/swimming, etc.
What if I can’t use the small group training?
If small group training is not suitable for you for any reason, you can select instead to get 3 free one hour private personal training sessions or one month of free online personal training.
How many workouts can I count in one day?
You can certainly workout as long as you want to on any given day but for this challenge, you can only count up to 1 hour of your workout time per day.
I hope you decide to participate.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  You can sign up any time until July 10th but I’d recommend that you get started asap to give yourself plenty of flexibility to get your workouts in.
Happy Training!
