Client Programs

If you are one of my current personal training clients, all of your workouts will be listed in the drop down menu under your name.  You must use the password I provided to access your program.

When training on your own, choose a workout that matches the body parts and repetition range  of your assigned workout.  Your workouts indicate the weight x reps x set after each exercise.  If the first set is different from the 2nd, the sets are separated by “/”.  For a list of my abbreviations, see below.

If you are a past client and you would like your program, please send me an email.

Abbreviations:

db = dumbbell

bb = barbell

kb =  kettlebell

sb = stability ball

mb = medicine ball

o/h = overhead

*olympic bar or leg press weights are given as 2 x the weight on each side of the bar x reps x sets
