
Yes, I really do spend my free time plotting new workouts! Here’s my latest and it’s what I’m planning to do (walking) for my active rest day today while I review for bodyflow tomorrow.
BTW, for the rest intervals, I find it easiest to step off the side of the treadmill.
Also, this can be modified for a cycle or elliptical workout by increasing and decreasing the incline/resistance/speed. Enjoy!
