Labor Day Lower Body Circuit

Missing your workout today? Not to worry. I’ve got you covered with a Labor Day lower body circuit!

I used an interval timer and did each exercise for 1 minute with a 15-20s break in between, then I rested for a 2 minute water break and repeated twice for a total of 3 rounds in about 35-40 minutes.

You can modify the workout by taking out the jumps in the lunges and the single leg donkey kicks and walking/cycling/rowing/etc instead of the jumping jacks, skaters, and burpees. The last 2 exercises are for your core so make sure you draw your belly in tight and exhale strongly on both the crunch and the twist.
