Wow – it’s been a while since I’ve posted my workouts and it’s been an intense few weeks!
Sunday (7/28): taught Bodyflow
Monday (7/29): taught Bodystep in the morning, an express Bodystep class and a full Bodypump class in the evening
Tuesday (7/30): taught Bodystep express
Wednesday (7/31): rest
Thursday (8/1): 3 mile run and taught Bodypump
Friday (8/2): practiced GRIT plyo in preparation for GRIT training
Saturday (8/3): GRIT training day 1
Sunday (8/4): GRIT training day 2
Monday (8/5): taught Bodystep in the morning with another instructor
Tuesday (8/6): celebrated my birthday and taught Bodystep express
Wednesday (8/7): rest
Thursday (8/8): taught Bodypump
Friday (8/9): taught Bodyflow
Saturday (8/10): taught Bodystep
I’ve been pretty relaxed over the last few weeks about getting my own workouts in since I’ve had fairly heavy teaching and training responsibilities but I hope to get back to running soon. I have a massage scheduled this week to work out a few tight muscles that are affecting my running form. I hoping to start knocking out a few regular 5 and 6 milers in the next few weeks. I’m also planning to start practicing GRIT Tuesdays at 12:30pm and ACAC-Downtown. My practices will be open to all, so if you’d like to come see what GRIT is all about, please come on by.
