Facebook Challenge Group – Back to School Season

In August, I’ll be starting a Facebook Challenge group to help keep us all accountable to our workouts.  I’ll be posting my own workouts as well as additional motivational stuff and tips to help you get the most out of your workout time.  It’s certainly not required in any way that you workout with Beachbody products like TurboKick or LesMills Combat but if you have any questions about any of the products, talking to each other through the challenge group will be a great way to learn about things you might want to try.  The same goes for personal training.  If you’re interested in one-on-one or small group personal training, I’d be happy to work with you, but if you just want some ideas for your workouts on your own, I can help with that to.  And if you’re already working with me, I’ll definitely be checking in with you between our sessions to see how you’re doing!  Send me a message through my contact page here on the website or on Facebook if you’re interested in being part of a team that helps you stay on track with your fitness goals!
