In addition to posting weekly workout goals, I’ll post my monthly goals and plans (workouts and otherwise) as well. I may add to this list of goals as well, depending on how things are going. Completing my weekly goals should help me stay on track to complete my monthly goals as well. I’ll check in at the end of the month to see how I’ve done.
July 2013 Goals
- run 50 miles
- resistance train outside of teaching Bodypump every week
- have 1 one-on-one session with a fellow personal trainer
- attend 1 new group exercise, aquatics, or mind/body class
- eat salad 3 times every week
- attend and pass my TRX training certification course
