Weekly Goals

I’ll be posting my workout goals at the start of each week then checking in at the end of each week to see how I did for a little internet accountability.  If you’d like to join in, just post your goals in the comment sections and we’ll all check in next Sunday.  I’m going to start small  and general with no distance or time goals for my workouts and then expand from there with each successful week.
